[ Shouichi wasn't sure how to feel about being away from his safe bed and in a new weird land. The last memory before he woke up in this peculiar world was at home trying to sleep, calming himself with his headphones and music. At least his still had his music though, the cd player was in the large sweater pocket and the headphones sat on the top

[ A nervous looking, unfamiliar person can only be one thing: new. Firo can still recall how disoriented and just lain horrible he felt when he first wound up in Splendor, and so he feels obligated to help this guy out. ]

Basically, this city's in a world different from any of ours. We're stuck here until it lets us go, or somebody finds a way out. Which hasn't happened yet.

No one knows exactly how it works, though.
