Well, I'm off to the exciting land of the soybean.  Tomorrow I leave for a few weeks in hell Illinois returning on the 13th to party down and try to forget the stench of wet earth and corn.

o_O nature smells good.

if you're anywhere near Decatur, they have this really cool zoo . i think it's called scoville zoo or something... they have some different animals there. like capybaras. capybaras are neat. but southern illinois is pretty sucky. yeah. maybe talk whoever you're visiting into visiting the city? you'd probably like the store "the alley". it was the hot topic before hot topic. there may be some concerts and stuff going on too, so look up some venues around here and see if there be any bands you'd like to see.

...i shouldn't comment on journals when i just wake up. i rant too much. @_@

Dude you're awesome! You give me hope for what could otherwise be a boring trip, it just so happens that I'm going to Decatur. Yes!

oh, that zoo has a petting zoo too. when i went there, there were a few baby goats that kept following me and trying to eat my pants. :3 they didn't do any harm though cuz they had no teefs.

my boyfriend also irritated the male camel there. whenever we would walk by, the camel would chase gary and make noises. it was kinda creepy.

and they have some deer with fangley teeth. *makes a bitey face*

oh, and there were peacocks and other bird-things walking around loose. twas neat.

other then that, it's a small zoo, but i thought it was worth it.
