Springer shifted uncomfortably against the wall, drifting in and out of recharge.  The base seemed eerily quiet, the only apparent sounds coming from the med bay where they all were.  Steeljaw was still lying on the berth, Blaster and Beachcomber hovering near him.

Hound had been dozing fitfully. He'd fallen asleep hungry, not just a little hungry, very hungry and his growling stomach wasn't letting him rest well. He sat up and glanced around, his eyes falling on Springer. His stomach growled loudly and he decided it was time to look for something more substantial than those sweet bars Ratchet had. Bluestreak was sitting in a corner. He'd been checking his rifle over and had gone into recharge his rifle resting in his lap.

Beachcomber was cuddled against Steeljaw, grooming the lion's fur.

"Not too far. We're going to visit First Aid. You'll like him. And I think he may have some food." Hound reached out a steadying hand and then headed for First Aid's office.

"Food? Hound hungry?" Springer asked, concentrating on following the human. His chassis itched where the energon had dried and he scratched, pausing as he watched the dried energon flake off and float to the ground.

"First Aid mech?" He recognised the name, but whether in this strange world, he'd recognise the mech (if he was a mech!), Springer wasn't sure.
