And it's amazing. Sigh.
So I left the second of Jan. Donn was at the airport (weird, because I work with him), and he was on my flight to Chicago. I finally landed on the 3rd, took the tube to the IES center in downtown London, then took the tube to the Holiday Inn Express @ Limehouse, where I promptly fell asleep at 2 pm. T-4 days until camp begins, and I have a million and two things to do at home to prepare, but I don't want to do them. I just want to spend time with Will and do nothing. Ergh.

2. Buy snackies
3. Walk over to the pool this afternoon and get my lifeguarding, first aide & CPR cards from the swim coach so I can get paid.

Summer break is going fine so far. The rents have been annoyed by me, and I have been annoyed by them - nothing atypical there. I did get in one fight with my dad over the phone while I was out doing stuff. That was icky ( Read more... ) -

I've had a headache for the last 3 days. Something tells me it's because of stress... and maybe pms a little too. I'm going in on Thursday to talk to the dr about the possibility of it being a migrane, and about referring me to a better asthma doctor and maybe a chiropractor ( Read more... ) -

- Write Literature Review section of my group project. Why did I get stuck with the hard one? Blahhh! Due Sunday
- Write 7-9 page paper about Carlyle and Ondaatje (The English Patient) and how they view marginalized people. I don't yet have a thesis. Paper I'm least excited to write. For Brit Lit. Due Tuesday.

I feel like DEATH
I haven't updated in a while because I've been inundated. I have so many essays to write, books to finish, and things to do for my final project - I'm exhausted.
This weekend, I had to go to a workshop from 9-4 both Saturday and Sunday - REQUIRED, for a class. ON A WEEKEND. And next week is the last week of classes. It was horrible timing, because ( Read more... ) -

waiting around
I'm waiting for an appropriate amount of time to elapse before I go to the English Dept party... enough time that I don't look like a loser for showing up on time, but not too much time, because I want to see certain peoples.
I heart my 90's guilty pleasures mix. It is short but oh-so-sweet, as only a guilty pleasure can be.
