I really hope that this dizziness is because of codeine and lack of sleep, and not because of me doubling up on my lunchtime meds

Yup. Been there...I take a variety of prescription and non meds and sometimes can't manage to remember if I doubled my blood pressure dose, antihistamines or what have you.
