I'm not sure exactly how memes spread, but I think one way is to start up a blog and then start commenting in other blogs with a link back to your blog ... at least I think that's how the I Can Haz Cheezburger and FailBlog guys got their momentum.

Also, you could get Scott Beale to write about your Here, Have A Baby ... blog on his blog.

I may go for that. For now, I'm just trying to get people to randomly insert "Here. Have a baby X." into online interactions, along with the appropriate pic.
