haha, i completely identify with this. unlike you, i've caved in and set my autoaway to five minutes after i stop typing. this is because one of my aim buddies is a twelve year old girl who doesn't truly understand that i'm not ignoring her because she's bugging me or said something wrong. i just have the damned thing on all day and i rarely remember to set an away manually.
