I was taking photos once in Pioneer Courthouse Square, one of the most beautiful attractions in downtown Portland. It is a popular place to eat, read, play chess, draw, or otherwise divert yourself in the sun. neat story.

i too am working on burning all cds to mp3.

waht format do you use?

i am using Real Audio to organize my tracks, so I have been using their loseless format and then converting down to my MP3 player.

didn't know uif you hacd any advice. i think i might be running out of HD space.

rip straight to mp3. i hate real audio sooo much. Examples of programs that do this are: musicmatch jukebox plus, ImToo CD Ripper, and Arial CD Ripper. Music Match is kinda crappy, although it is dad's weapon of choice for backing up cd's. It does not actually access the realCDDB. All will rip to mp3 at whatever bitrate and quality you like. The last two also access CDDB, name the tracks, and automatically build a file system on your chosen drive Band\Album Title\Track 02-title.mp3

ImToo CD ripper is what we have had the best luck with. Try to keep at least half a gig free on your HD, but start burning mp3s onto backup cd's if you're running out of space, you should be able to fit 8-12 albums per disk.
