If Green Street is the one with Elijah Wood, that is actually about the team I support (West Ham), and "Firms" like the Inner city firm and Chelsea Head Hunters have existed and I'm I'm sure continue to do so, but fights between clubs are a lot rarer than they used to be, it's something the Football association and the police have been cracking down on.

Historically the English the Dutchand the Turkish have pretty bad reputations but it's been a long while since there has been big trouble. As for Brazil, the whole country men, woman and children get behind the national team but club football is completely different and people getting killed watching a match are not unheard of.

This is something I would like a US perspective on, I remember in the news a while back a fight starting at a basketball match but has this ever happened in US Football or baseball?

I really hate living in America because everytime I read "football" I have to translate in my head. It's more work than it should be. Damn it people, couldn't we have called our football something different like "stupid dog piling"?
