LiveJournal and Xanga is like a "diary." You write whatver you want in the diary. You diary is supposed to be secretive but Xanga and LiveJournal has changed the rules to where the whole world can see it.
I just realized this, but when you write in a diary, an actually book diary, you don't go around, shoving the book under people's noses and beg them to read it and comment on it.
That is how you should treat online journals. It is for your personal use, not anyone elses.
