[Nano] 3 prompts in Girl!Sam verse
Last post for today, and here is three prompt in Girl!Sam verse - where Sam do a sex change.

Summary: Even if Sam might be abandoned, she does not feel alone.
Sam stood watching herself in the mirror. It was almost she didn't want to, as there where so much that wasn't right with the image she saw. If anyone would have viewed her they would not think the image as a she. They would see what she hated - the male attribute. She hated that, because it was so wrong. It wasn't her.
Sadly she thought it was still just too long until she would see a corrected image. She thought it barley had started to show any changes since she had begun the hormone treatment. Sam leaned closer to the mirror, maybe there where less hair in her face and she might have got softer over the chest. Sam so wished it would go faster, but the doctors and psychologist refused to put her up for any operation.
She wasn't happy for the session she had to do with the psychologist, but know she probably had to go through them. One of the things that seemed to come up was if she felt abandon. Of course she felt and not only from the time she had told John about it. Sam tried to avoid the subject.
Right now she could only look forward, and that looked brighter even if there wasn't any family behind her.
She took and shaved the hair from the body. Then she put some make-up on and after the dress she was ready to go out, and no one would be able to see the male features.

Summary: Young Sam start to learn that things isn't what it should with him.
Dean talked a lot about girls, how they were the best thing that walked the earth after himself. He seemed to have to share every single thing that he thought and noticed about the one he flirted and dated. Sam wasn't that interested, or as probably both John and Dean thought he was yet too young to start thinking about the other gender.
What they often saw was him bent over books, reading and reading. Also lately he hung over the computer he had asked for in birthday present and John giving him. What they didn't notice was what he read or searched for.
For every year Sam had grown more confused he had felt and believed that something was wrong. He didn't like his body, it didn't feel like it fitted. Hearing Dean describe the girls, he had started to wonder why he wasn't developed like a girl. It just felt more and more awkward that he had a penis.
When things didn't change and he continued to feel he was trapped in a wrong body, he had started to search an answer to why he felt so. He thought he was on the way for learning why, but there were things he also knows he would have to face. One thing was his father, that did all he could to train him and Dean. He hated it, though he did what he was said to do, hoping it wouldn't put on to many questions. Not as long he still wasn't sure of whom he was. Sam wished when he was ready it would be taken well.

"Did it hurt?"
Sam's head snapped up. She looked at her brother. His question came just out of the blue. She had almost forgotten he was there.
"What hurt?" she asked back.
"What you did, you know..." Dean waved with his hand up and down, like he followed her body.
"If the change from man to woman hurt?"
"Yeah."
"Of course it hurt. How would you have felt when somebody craved in you?"
Dean nodded. He did know how that was, but not if it was worse when it was between the legs.
"Why did you ask?"
"Just curious. Wondering why you and others do it. I've hard to ..."
"Hard to believe? Understand? What?"
"Everything. I know that my little brother is my sister. It's weird even if I love you."
