Jared is an escort who have seen something he wasn't supposed to see and now there is a hitman sent after him.

Jensen is a well dressed cold professional, but this time he finds himself unable to finish his assignment - he can't kill a man who turns out to be his high school crush, JT.

(bonus points if they weren't close friends, because Jen was very reserved back then and Jay was Mr Popular, but Jay was always nice to him)

Wow! What a great job you did with this, and I just wanted more, more more! It was such a beautiful snapshot into two lives that could have gone so differently. So rich in detail and emotion. I even loved his license plate! Great story! Thank you! :)

Sorry, I'm kind of embarressed to ask, but everyones talking about the liscence plate and I guess I'm just not getting what the letters mean. Maybe I'm not real observant, lol, but I'd love to know. :-)

Thanks so much. I'm glad you liked it. It was very different for me. And even though I guess I hardly went truly dark this is among the darkest I've ever written.

You realize this needs to be a verse, right? I'm not above begging.

I loved the little details - the part about the apple and the licorice. Just enough to hint at something more, something bigger.

Nicely done! I really enjoyed this.

You rock for saying nice things. Thanks. I can't see continuing this. So dark. It's just not me to dig into such dark souls. Feels like it'll be too disturbing to write. Which is why I admire when others pull it off and still leave the boys feeling loving.

It's wonderful how you managed to fill such a short story with so many different warring emotions, with such a complex background and backstory and how the characters are full of little personality traits and quirks!
