Can I just say Corbin strangling Sam was damn intimate & traumatizing, & how cruel that they've had Sam get choked so often it's turned into a joke & then actually follow through with it for once DDD:

It was so traumatizing, right!?! For me it was the way Corbin did it, strangling him and then also covering his nose as well. *gulps*

This episode was so gloriously bloody and filled with that special brand of epic Winchester love that no regular human being can come close to understanding. I would watch season after season of these so-called filler episodes. To me they're the ones that are the more interesting meat of the framework that the various story arcs hang on.
