Merry Christmas, Baby!

By Swellison

Sam clicked the remote, turning off the post-game football analysis on his 55" TV. He squirmed at the pillow-softened headboard he sat against and conceded that maybe Charley did have a point about his bed being as comfortable as a brick. Aww, this was lovely! ^-^ A great sequel to Midnight's story last year. Baby got her old license plate back, nice one Sam! And Dean apologising for leaving her in a very sorry state after his brush with demonhood <3 I felt that was the worst of his transgressions, well, except for trying to kill Sam of course. I also liked the nod to Sam's brick-hard bed and him admitting to himself that he had broken Dean's heart. I'm at that exact point in my s9 re-watch right now and it's hard going... But things are fine between them here and now, at least!

I think they were actually gone before then. Hook Man, while shown as ep 7, was actually the third ep filmed and I think the headlamps really disappeared after HM. (I spent a bit of time watching and pausing HM while ( ... )
