1. I'm not sure how I want it to go, but I trust that Kripke will do whatever's right for the show. I think it'd probably be better for the show to clear it up however they were planning to do it prior to the strike even if that means carrying it on into next season, but I'm anxious to see where they're going with this so I'd hope they'd use the last 5 episodes to clear that up. I'm missing psychic!Sam far too much this season. I'm hoping they'll make the lack of that storyline worth it.

2. I think he'd be angry he'd been lied to, but reluctantly follow along. Whether he likes it or not, he has to prepare for the strong possibility he's going to have to go on without Dean.

3. I doubt it was part of the real bargain, but I'm thinking Sam's demon blood is going to be a factor in how Dean gets out of his deal. I'm just not sure what part it'll play. And I really don't know if that part of the deal's something Kripke & Co will address or not. I'd assume they will.

4. Lisa's my favorite of Dean's girls, so I was fine with her. ( ... )

It ain't over yet. Just close. And in union negotiations there's a LONG way between "almost" and "there".

How would you like the additional episodes to impact the remainder of season 3? Do you prefer the storylines centering around Dean's deal and Sam's "Boy King" status to somehow be concluded by the end of this potentially 17-episode-long season? Or something else?

That's a tough call. I doubt there's really time to conclude what should have been this season's arc in a satisfactory way. On the other hand, the storyline is at that point where stand-alone eps would kill the momentum. As much as I love new SPN every week, it might serve the story better if they didn't film any more at this point.

2.) How do you think Sam would have reacted if he'd known the truth about Ruby trying to "prepare" him? Would he be resentful that he'd been lied to? Would he go along willingly in hopes that he'd become more like Dean? Or something else? The only reason he didn't kill or exorcise Ruby ( ... )

I'd like it if they concluded the storyline centered around Dean's deal and this "Boy King" thing by the end of the 17 eps. SPN leaves too many loose ends unresolved for seasons, and I personally would like to see them resolve these sorts of things quicker, instead of dropping storylines. Of course, I'd rather they not hurry stories and just give us a quick, sloppy ending, but there's got to be a happy medium.
