Oh wow, that was awesome. First, let me just say that I love it when Dean calls Sam 'little brother'. I don't know why, but I do and everytime I see it I get a bit squee-y. Second (and this should have been first, but oh well) I love the overheard conversation in the hospital, it was such an unexpected, original touch, and it worked. Really, really worked.

The porn? Haaaawt :D

And, oh yeah! That mysterious smell? I have one in the back room of my shop. Sorry. Totally irrelevent, but it's been driving us all nuts and I was reading this like 'Yeah! How annoying is that!" Heh.
