Jensen and Jared are a married couple, and Jared's been trying to get pregnant for a while now. They get tested and find out that it's highly unlikely that Jared will ever conceive. They're denied for whatever reason when they apply to adopt, and recently they've been wondering if they can afford/want to try a surrogate.

Jared has been suspicious that he's pregnant for a few weeks, but he's too afraid of being wrong or jinxing it that he doesn't say anything to Jensen. He finally gets the courage to try a pregnancy test, and it's positive. He prepares a romantic dinner for Jensen without telling him the occasion until they're finished eating, when he gives Jensen his positive pregnancy test wrapped up in a gift box.

The Js have schmoopy celebratory sex.
