This is extremely affecting. Sam's anguish, Dean's haplessness. You did an amazing job reinterpretting this, showing us what went beyond the surface of Sam's actions. Not to mention that your use of language is positvely arresting. I only wish I could string words together as pretty as you do!

I really liked this-how Dean is still himself, over and under everything; how careful Sam is; how much they love each other (even if Dean doesn't remember why). It's melancholy but with some nice humor, suspenseful but also tender and peaceful. Lovely work!
