Spock and Christine in Victorian times.

It's got a watercolor filter cause I couldn't make some of the artifacts of pasting heads go away.

The watercolour filter works quite well, but it is on a bit too course a setting for my taste on Chapels head ... makes it a bit blurry. It is a good choice of base art and Spock works quiet well. I do like the over all concept and subject choice. I would like to suggest (and it is just a suggestion not a criticism that when you cut out the heads you (a) save the selection, (b)reload the selection, and delete contract the selection by one pixel to loose the black edging evident on Chapel, (c) past each item into a separate layer (d) blend the edges with a blur tool an a very low settling. You can match grain using gaussian blur or noise (depending on the grain) in the separate layers. If you use an layer mask instead of an eraser for any adjustments it also makes it easier to undo anything you don't like. I only suggest these things because they worked for me and hope I do not sound like a know it all because I an novice. Keep up the good work, we need more TOS art!

Oh excellent, excellent, excellent!!! Thank you. I was hoping for suggestions. I have no idea what I am doing. The last time I tried it worked reasonably well, but I forgot what I did. I click around a lot..

I don't even know if I cut heads correctly and the layers seem to be a new surprise every time I encounter them, but I will see if I can figure out how to make it work. I still have all the pieces I started with, and I can try again!

What's 'delete contract by 1 pixel'
