Okay, about a year and a half ago, Marty was dating this chick from Holton. She went into the Army like a month into their relationship and they wanted to get married (I know what you're thinking..l let him have it, too.)  But his mom found a diamond engagement ring and gave it to him and he was going to propose to her.  Short story even shorter,
