So, for the past couple of weeks I've been seeing these really strange billboards around Spartanburg and Rock Hill. They have a solid red background and no text besides odd phrases like "Clowns hate tangelos," "I pooted," and "I am a hot toe picker." It's been driving me crazy (well, in the back of my mind anyway), and I finally checked it out on

i saw the 'i pooted' one in spartanburg but it had the cartoon network logo in one of the corners.
