nah, i think pageant, murmur, and document are the only really incredible albums from their irs days. reckoning is boring after track 3, fables is good but not great, and i never listen to the b-side album besides the velvet underground covers on it. but yeah, Up sounds a lot like that first song on reveal, which is the only one i really liked. too poppy and too repetitive for me i guess.
i've got some REM tape that was recorded in NC, but i'm not sure which one it is. its blue with a gargoyle or something on it. anything with a gargoyle is good or great.
you fucking myspace'd the shit out of me. it's almost another ryanstackspace now. that's not fair. i'll be getting you back soon. you'll get yours, we'll hang out this summer when i'm in fucking greensboro during it.

i love murmur. do you like chronic town? it was the ep released before murmur, and it was also recorded at reflection studios in charlotte.
my favorite album though is green. specifically 'hairshirt'.
i have fables of the reconstruction and life's rich pageant on vinyl. they are good albums to have on vinyl.
and no, murmur is not as good as evol.

yeah i got chronic town on vinyl at the same time i got murmur, but from different people (macrock).
i want to get green also. i think i have it taped on a cassette? i've seen it at truckstops alot.
i also have life's rich pageant. i need the rest!
and it's true, evol is better. but i think they're both equally as timeless.
