I haven't been on LJ in a long ass time, mostly cause i don't have internet access at home in ann arbor and i'm usually too lazy to drive to a place where internet is accessible, plus it's real hard to drive when you don't have a car

of course we can hang out... but in all honestly, it's gonna have to be tonight, or february... cause i don't think i'll be much fun on crutches during january. wa and i are going out in a2 tonight to wish her plenty of happiness when she leaves friday for nyc. we could sure use a third...

Hey! It's been too long. Good luck with your surgery - call me if you need soup. As far as Brokeback goes, I thought it was great, but I do have a complaint. I had the worst time understanding what Heath Ledger was saying! Did you find his semi-Australian, semi-cowboy accent really really hard to understand??

hi lisa... it's been quite a while. can't believe i didn't see you over the holidays. as for Heath... i could understand him perfectly... he did have a bit of a lisp though. i thought it was adorable. the only complaint i had about the movie was that i thought it needed at least one more love scene... preferably near the end when they're older. I thought an actual love scene, combined with the first heated-lust-filled-crazed-horny-cowboy-spit-on-your-hand-sex-scene would further emphasize the emotional bond and impact between jaky poo and hot heath... just my humble opinion.

ha ha...yeah the one real love scene was pretty intense. It was like a crazy cross between wrestling, boxing, and sweet sweet love. They were definitely both adorable though.

I really enjoy the fact that your dad went to see brokeback mountain. I have this feeling he had no idea what he was getting himself into until it was too late.
