Yup, that's what I've been up to. Went out last night with Handy Roo and the boys from upstairs after drinks with the suprevisor. Seriously, why do all our meetings turn into me drunk at a bar with boys? Anyway, I may have mooned people in the front window of Queen's Pizza, but not to worry - even if I did no one actually noticed, which I've chosen

Is the "may have" a gesture to the indeterminacy of memory or action? Like the back of my pants definitely dropped, but only a bit so it wasn't quite a proper mooning, or I was very drunk and don't remember but so I'm told?

Or is it just a polite way of saying I definitely did but I ain't (entirely) proud? Because it kinda sounds like this last one . . .
