Despite feeling pretty rotten and having a lot of back pain, I managed to get to two appointments this morning. One at the solicitors and the other at the doctors. Result is I sign my autograph on 1st November to start getting untangled

That coupled with 'ooh it's Hallowe'en in a couple of weeks, do you sell black fabric...?' It's so tempting to say, 'yes we do, but not today...' And the several hundred dance schools that all want 200 metres of something that we only have 3 metres of....
And the muppets that insist they bought something last week and didn't buy enough of... and you *know* that it was a one off from 18 months ago.....
I do sometimes wonder how I retain what little sanity I have left...
