maybe a little displeased, dogs are for barbarians, who even takes him seriously?, someone owes him cake, what is this thing called melancholy, just some business talk, paging witch lady, i love my cheesy trends, idk my bff sukekiyo, making the best of things, give me my cat already gd it, /torments shinji forever

I have heard of strays running around, but I'm not sure how willing they would be to suddenly have owners. Those types of cats tend to get used to living on their own.

I've felt the same way for a long time. They can be very adventurous creatures, so it's for the best. Though, I suppose if you were lucky, you could find one that was a little more leisurely than the rest.
