Is she having any meat when she does have solids?

At 9 months, you need to think of topping up iron and vitamin D, and zinc. So if she is having little mouthfulls of meat and cheese, you'd be fine - otherwise, think through how much non-sunblock light she's getting and how much good stuff is in your diet!

Bashing together to make sounds toys are good for a year old - so look at cheap muscial instruments.

My next door neighbour did arunner one nihgt, and left behind five cats... including the hold one who was her childhood pet. It took us weeks to catch them all. She'd blocked the cat flap and thrown them in the rain in the garden! I poked the cat flap back through, and kept putting cat biscuits in the flap - but they were so traumatised, it still took for ever totrap them all and get them sent to the cat refuge.

All she had to do was phone the cat refuge herself before she left! Grrrr.
