I am proud of myself. I managed to get the quilt and the sock monkey done in time for Julian's birthday yesterday. With tons of help from Amanda, of course. It felt really good to actually finish a project with semi-decent results. He seemed to like it as well. Now to move on down my list of quilts to make for other people ( Read more... )

Quilts and sock monkeys... cool:) I want to get into some sewing projects too (been thinking about it). Do you sew with a machine or by hand?
Avie is growing so quickly. I can't believe the difference that a few months brings.

I use both a machine and a needle and thread. The sock monkey was way easy. I can get you the link for it if you'd like, or print you instructions and mail them to you. Add that to the package I've been making for you and still haven't gotten in the mail yet.

I need to mail you picks of the new toddler. She really does toddle. It's amazing.
