She has a really funny smell, and tends to chew everything, but other than that, she's pretty much perfect. I love that she's a cuddly, happy puppy that loves to be kissed and hugged. She's super-loyal to me already, though, is a fantastic guard dog, and even though she's only been here a few weeks, she has now successfully mastered 'sit' and 'stay.' This week, we are going to work on 'down.' and I need to get a bigger doggie bed for her so I can teach her 'go to your spot' when she gets a bit to rambunctious on the couch. I also need to pick up some extra puppy toys so she doesn't constantly chew on things she's not supposed to be chewing on...like my two favorite pairs of flats. Grrrr ( ... )

Yeah, even though Sherlock is 4 years old, he still plays like a puppy. Whoever had him before me papertrained him but nothing else really, so he's been learning-he's such a love. His vice is stealing paper towels lol-he hides them in his crate. I totally get what you mean, Sherlock has brought so much joy to my life and has really helped my anxiety and depression.

I'm still exploring the different kinds of K-cups...I really want to try the chai ones b/c I love chai. And I'm a huge tea person. I haven't been drinking coffee for long-just since I've been working full-time lol-but I really like lighter roasts and flavored ones.

Haven't tried the chai yet either, but the green tea is absolutely wonderful. Chai is next on my list when I get money.

Ugh. Totally agreed on Les Mis. I'm not 100% sure what it is- her vibrato, weak voice, or both, but I just wasn't a fan.

I wouldn't mind the vibrato at all if I thought she was doing it as a character-choice, but it was clear she wasn't. She had the right range for the role, but honestly, with the established cast they had, they could've cast any broadway baby in that role and it would've been a billion times better. I mean, generally Cossette annoys me even with the best of voices, but I just found that her portrayal made me want to gouge my eyes out.

I know Samantha Barks was in the 25th anniversary recording, but I can't put my finger on it...for some reason, she annoyed me as Eponine, too. Maybe it was that her hair was much too highlighted, or that she was a bit too old for the part. She acted well...I just think there would've been better people for the role, but I liked that they at least acknowledged the Broadway cast in some way.
