Well, it's been a busy week what with (1) getting back from Africa, (2) closing on a house in Duluth just 10 hours after touching down in Minneapolis, (3) getting ready for a half Ironman near Vancouver and (4) many people to talke to.  Sorry if you've called and I haven't gotten back to you..

Ewwww! I hate the whole "bugs laying eggs in people" thing! I hope that you are no longer a breeding ground for creeee-eeeeeeee-py crawlers. The Belmont sounds as if it's coming along nicely, aside from the bear. Do you now have to pay the bear tax?

Man, earlier this week I walked seven miles home from work, and my feet were sore! Yeah, I was wearing inappropriate footwear, but I don't see how you can do those marathons. Best of luck!

Welcome back and congrats on the new house!! I love the idea of a pirate theme in the kitchen. The roving bear sounds cool too -- almost like a neighborhood mascot or something. I'll come see the house once I finish struggling through the CPA exam.

Good luck in the 1/2 Ironman!!

Bears might look like big stuffed animals, but they'll eat you.

The house, or Belmont as it were, sounds pretty cool. I'll have to check it out this winter.

I'm starting a new political campaign. It's called End Summer 2007. Do you want to join? I am thinking of making a poster and then protesting the Sun.

My husband is crazy, after surviving the "tropics" as he keeps calling Costa Rica, you'd think he could handle a dry 98 degree Denver day. I am way excited to catch up with you, via phone as it must be. I hope the race went well. And I'm booking a stay at the Belmont in December.
