I have a secret hope for Number 1. But I won't say what it is until I either see it (unlikely) or until the true Number 1 is revealed.

Or I post what it is in a post that I'm contemplating for Juicy Weblog Action.

A few people have mentioned similar things, which makes me all the more psyched to get to the end and find out what I missed.

If your game is rare/unknown, I'd have to say the likelihood is waning. There's not much left for "small scale" gaming in this thing, to be honest. But at least I will very probably have heard of it.

What do you have against coin-ops? Some of the games that you mentioned actually played better in the arcade( or pizza parlor, bowling alley ) like gauntlet or trojan.

The only thing I have against them is that the closest arcade was an hour away, and even that didn't show up until I was 14.

I just haven't played many of them, homeslice.

Man I feel bad for you. Playing videogames was one of the best parts of growing up in the late eighties, early nineties. I used to play games every day before school and I even did this during my college days when penn station had an arcade.
