So random I can't even think of a subject line.

There's this radio promo on ye olde local alternative station with Billie and the Mikeness speaking slow-ly-and-ro-bot-i-cally in monotone unison, and they still can't get it quite right. One of them will say a word and the other will be a half-second off. Fuck almighty, they're adorable. It comes up at times just before a Green Day song is played ( Read more... )

I'm am so glad it's not the throw blanket. Or the ipod case. Or the mug?
Jesus what's with all this crappy merch! It's embarressing.

I kind of want that shirt, but I would feel guilty wearing a shirt with the word fuck on it, because kids can read.
I want the heart grenade rub on sticker for my car. And the door poster. :)

I just love it. It's so great. And I have to admit, the thought of some kid reading the shirt and then asking, "Hey, Mom? Who the fuck is Tré Cool?" really, really amuses me.

I don't buy a whole lot of merchandise. I have like two shirts, a couple posters, a keychain that's been attached to every purse I've ever owned and a postcard that I'm never going to send to anyone, ever. It's actually tacked to some random spot on my wall. I just don't go in for the whole "omgimusthaveeverythingassocoiatedwiththebandeverrrrrr" thing. I've got my records and my little fangirl things and I'm happy.

We're like twins seperated from birth or something. I read your entries and think it's my mind talking to me.
1. The whole Dominated Love Slave thing. I always play that first!
2. Our whole infatuation with fall. And Halloween.
3.The "unapproachable" vibe. I swear, I give that off. People think I'm creepy or something even though I'm probably more scared of them. My mom tells me this all the time. And the few souls I call friends who somehow got past my eerie aura.

That's so nifty. I love finding people who share the same wavelength.

People think I'm creepy or something even though I'm probably more scared of them.

Seriously! It's that it's-more-afraid-of-you-than-you-are-of-it thing that people say about all sorts of wild animals. I don't like people, I'll admit that, but it's because people haven't given me any reason to. And these bizarre assumptions people make about others are part of the problem. I don't talk to people, I don't make a whole lot of eye contact, I'm not overtly friendly, therefore I must be eeeeeevil. *snerk* Hilarious.

Ah. One day off.

I'd add to the song (and sing it everyday until November 1st) but I don't remember it past that x_x

I can relate. Apparently my face radiates grim evil. This hampers my sex life a bit.

What you ought to do is find guys who are into grim evil. Although, the been-dead-a-few-days look they tend to cultivate might be a bit of a roadblock.

Oh, my god I want to hear robot Billie and Mike. That's amazingly hilarious. And it's sosososo fabulous when they play one of their not-so-hit singles on the radio. I love ittttt. Kerplunk is also one of the best driving music albums ever.

Halloween is my favorite too. I want to have a costume party this year.

I wish the station's website would make their promos available for download. It really is very cute. Oh, yes, Kerplunk! is perfect driving music. And it just makes me ridiculously happy. I love that record so very, geekly much.

Jeez, I would love to go to a costume party. The last one I went to was when I was twelve, for god's sake. I was Wednesday Addams. Best costume I've ever had, and it wasn't even store-bought.
