Right people, I very rarely attempt to persuade anybody that they ought to get involved in political or charitable causes because I know how much I detest being pestered by others. My letter has been written and sent. Unfortunately my MP is Patricia Hewitt who's a total nut job. So I doubt it will go anywhere.

...Although I'm not sure which way Peter Soulsby will go on this. To be fair, he did vote strongly for a transparent Parliament, but also for ID cards and the anti-terrorism laws. Wait and see, I guess. Ta for the heads-up anyway.
