1. What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before? Graduated from College.

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions and will you make more for next year? I don't really make resolutions. Subsequently, I can't keep them. I probably won't make them. Generally, I feel if I need to change something in my life, there are more inspiring things to motivate me than the change from December to January.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth? Uh, not really close, but you might say yes. At least, I think it was this year.

4. Did anyone close to you die? No.

5. What countries did you visit? The United States of America.

6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007? Uh, I'm pretty content right now. It'd always be nice to have more money and I guess a little more certainty with my direction in life with regards to a career.

7. What date(s) from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? August 19th, September 3rd, November 23rd.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year? If this means biggest as in most difficult, I would have to say getting my degree. If this means most important, I'd say falling in love.

9. What was your biggest failure? Uh, not keeping in touch with Orlando friends. I miss them sometimes.

10. Did you suffer any illness or injury? Got the flu pretty bad. Got hit in the eye by a racket ball yesterday and that still hurts when my eyes adjust to light. I've had shin splints since I've been working out at the Y this summer. And I've had a weird thing that kinda feels like a shin splint but it's in my left forearm. IDK

11. What was the best thing you bought? I don't know. "In Defense of the Genre" or a headset.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration? I'm not entirely sure what all I'm supposed to consider with this, but I shall bestow merit upon Christen for her surgery and other shit she's gone through this year.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? No one that I can think of. Oooh, that lady who made a fake MySpace account to fuck with a 13-year old girl who ended up committing suicide because of this lady's actions. GRR

14. Where did most of your money go? Travel, booze, food, gas.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? Eslyn.

16. What song will always remind you of 2007? We Didn't Start the Fire by Billy Joel - Love and Other Planets by Adem

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? Happier.
ii. thinner or fatter? Uh, probably thinner unfortunately.
iii. richer or poorer? Uh, probably richer, but around the same.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of? Worked out at the Y.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of? Eating shitty, shitty food.

20. How will you be spending Christmas? In Zephyrhills with family and friends.

22. Did you fall in love in 2007? Yes, very much so.

23. How many one-night stands? None.

24. What was your favorite TV program? I fell in love with the Office this year. Pushing Daisies debuted and was awesome. But, by far, my favorite TV program this year has been Red Dwarf.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Nope.

26. What was the best book you read? So far, the Golden Compass, but I'm finishing The Amber Spyglass. So we'll see.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Uh, I was introduced to Adem and Tegan & Sara. I have a few bands that I want to investigate more into: Muse, Manchester Orchestra, Saves the Day.

28. What did you want and get? Love. Who doesn't want love?

29. What did you get and not want? So drunk I had to stay awake to avoid puking.

30. What was your favorite film of this year? It'll probably be the Golden Compass. Nothing thrilling has come out this year. OHHH!!!! STARDUST! Golden Compass might beat it, but Stardust is an instant classic for me.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? 23. Uh, I think I had cake and ice cream with my parents and grand parents the weekend before my birthday and on my actual birthday, Matt and Christen took me to Benigan's I believe.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Having the people I love most by my side. (I'll keep Chantal's answer. :-P)

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2007? Hahaha, same ol', same ol'.

34. What kept you sane? I'm generally pretty level-headed, so the usual.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Claire Daines in Stardust.

36. What political issue stirred you the most? I generally hate "political issues" because they could be more aptly described as "moral irrelevancies"

37. Who did you miss? Some aspects of college life. I kinda miss World of Warcraft, but I don't have any desire to play it. Weird.

38. Who was the best new person you met? Terri. Matt's niece.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2007: If you think someone has feelings for you, investigate it. Don't just rationalize it as something else and move along because of self-confidence issues.

40. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year:

But on a clear night,
If you look close enough
You can just make out Love
And other planets
We are not alone
