My body has betrayed me.

A year ago I noticed I was starting to get some belly fat, which was weird for me. So I started working out, walking more at work, being more active in general. I gained weight.

I started taking very long walks in the evenings and trying to do at least a mile on my lunch break. I started doing situps and pushups and lifting weights every day. I ( Read more... )

I am re-reading through your old lj posts. I am wondering if part of what was happening was stress related, on top of all the other medical bullshit.
Hell, who actually knows.
