Beer update-Pale Ale still meds a bit more time

I cracked upen a bottle of the latest brew a simple pale ale. while It's tasty I think it neds a few more days in the botle to finish up. I'd say it definitely not a fresman anymore, but hasent graduated just yet. I was goin to use a more crude analogy but opted not too. That would be wrong.
