And now one of the little straps on my watch band broke. It could probably be fixed by nimbler hands than I, but I'm sorely tempted to just shell out and buy a nice new one. Problem is, I'm not entirely sure how I'd get the face onto the band I'm interested in. I think it's one of those ones where you have to pop out tiny bars and pop them back in ( Read more... )

i tried to fix my large banded watch once and broke it more. it was such a fail... i ended up just buying a new one that i love more and it's prettier :P

that's my story of the day.

I suspect that's what will happen, but it's annoying because not too long ago the battery died, so I had to pay to have it changed, now one of the little straps is broken. WATCH, I LOVE YOU, BUT YOU ARE MORE TROUBLE THAN YOU'RE WORTH. Also, the one I would replace it with if I were to buy an entire new watch is, like, $80.

it's always the pretty things we love that die first. it's true. and sad.

i don't know what to suggest. i got my new watch on sale, and my mother bought it for me for passing my driving test so i was pleased.

STUPID INANIMATE OBJECTS WE GET ATTACHED TO!
