Wow, there has been a drought on LiveJournal. Callie is gone, thereby she cannot write, which also makes Meg spend less time on the computer and she doesn't write. Sarah is visiting relatives and cannot use the internet from there. Shari is probably busy with something too, but she wrote the last entry on my friends listing, so she gets some credit

I like entertainment. I've mostly been entertaining myself with rocks out here. There are a lot of them.
I missed the chance to hike up a mountain today. I slept through my father's attempts to wake me up. Sadness. But...given the fact that he came back and wiped out in his bedroom, I'd say that my out-of-shape-self is probably quite relieved I didn't try to climb a 12,000 ft tall mountain.
I'll be in Kalamazoo on the 16th and 17th, like I said, and I'd like to get to see you and Sarah and such, but I don't think I can go to Lifehouse, as I'm short on money and that complicates the whole "getting back to Ann Arbor" thing. Is there any way you guys could come down to Kalamazoo for the day or something? We could go bowling or just hang out somewhere...I did use to live there, after all...Anyhoo, just let me know what's up. I'm in ultra-small town Colorado for the next two nights and have email here, then I head back east. Hopefully I'll talk to you soon.

In response to the Kalamazoo road trip proposition, I will have to sadly decline. I am still working full time at the factory, and although they would probably give me any time I wanted right now, I already feel like I'm exploiting them. I'm sure Sarah would love to visit with you, but I know there is a lot going on with her as soon as she gets back (doctor, dentist, chiropracter appointments; packing/unpacking; etc.) You'll have to ask her if she's got the time.
