The next day Hattie went over to Hatter's house but when she got there he went into his house. Hattie went over to The March Hare.
HATTIE: Hare why did Hatter go inside when I came over here?
THE MARCH HARE: I'm not sure why.
HATTIE: Could it be about what happened yesterday?
THE MARCH HARE: I tried talking to him about that but he didn't want to talk about it.
HATTIE: Hare could you tell him to come out here.
THE MARCH HARE: I could but I don't think he wants to talk to you.
HATTIE: Well if he doesn't than he could just listen to what I want to tell him.
Before Hare could go get him, Hatter walked out of his house. When he did he walked past Hattie.
THE MAD HATTER (as he walked past Hattie without looking at her): I have nothing to say to you.
HATTIE: Hatter please just let me talk to you about yesterday.
When she said that Hatter kept walking away from her. She kept calling out to him, but he wasn't responing back to her. He just continued to walk away from her. She than began to sing a song called "Don't Walk Away" by Miley Cyrus.
HATTIE (singing): I've been
Runnin'
In circles all day long
I'm out
Of breath
But I'm still goin' strong
I'm gonna get you yeah
No matter what they say
You think I'm losin'
But I always get my way
(Hey)
[Chorus:]
Don't walk away when I'm talkin' to you
This ain't no time for your bad attitude
Don't gimme
That face
When you know I'm really down for the chase
'cause my heart's already in it
And I'm never gonna quit it
When you finally gonna get it
Don't walk away
(When I'm talkin' to you)
You act
Act like
That I don't have a clue
You think
You know it all
But I'm so onto you
You think you've figured out
Just how to win this game
I'm on your tracks yeah
I know every move you make
(Hey)
[Chorus:]
Don't walk away when I'm talkin' to you
This ain't no time for your bad attitude
Don't gimme
That face
When you know I'm really down for the chase
'cause my heart's already in it
And I'm never gonna quit it
When you finally gonna get it
Don't walk away
I won't give up just like that
I'm gonna make you mine
If it takes everything I have
[Chorus:]
Don't walk away when I'm talkin' to you
This ain't no time for your bad attitude
Don't gimme
That face
When you know I'm really down for the chase
'cause my heart's already in it
And I'm never gonna quit it
When you finally gonna get it
Don't walk away
(Don't walk away when I'm talkin' to you)
When I'm talkin' to you
(This ain't no time for your bad attitude)
Yeah
Don't gimme
That face
When you know I'm really down for the chase
'cause my heart's already in it
And I'm never gonna quit it
When you finally gonna get it
Don't walk away
It has been two months that Hattie has seen her family and she is beginning to miss her family especially her brother, Willy Wonka. Hattie was in her room thinking about her family when Alice and The Red Queen walked in.
ALICE: There you are, Hattie.
THE RED QUEEN: Yes we have been looking everywhere for you.
ALICE: Why are you still in your room?
HATTIE: Well the truth is it has been two months since I last saw my family and five years and two months since I last saw my brother, Willy and I'm beginning to miss them. I wish I could see them again.
THE RED QUEEN: Then why doesn't Alice take you back to go see them?
HATTIE: I would love that your majesty but...
THE RED QUEEN: But what?
HATTIE: I'm just afraid that if I leave Wonderland than I might get weak again because I won't be with Hatter.
THE RED QUEEN: You're not with him right now and you seem to be just fine.
HATTIE: That's because we are both in Wonderland. Remember the first time I got weak?
ALICE: Yeah, Mr. Hatter wasn't in Wonderland when you got weak.
HATTIE: That's right, now if I leave Wonderland I think that I might get weak again but I don't want that to happen.
A few minutes later Alice and The Red Queen left and The White Rabbit, The March Hare, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum walked in and started talking to Hattie and they were talking about what she was talking to Alice and The Red Queen earlier. After they left, The Mad Hatter walked in. Hattie didn't want to cry in front of The Mad Hatter but at this moment she didn't care if he saw her cry or not, but she didn't care anymore whether or not he saw her crying.
THE MAD HATTER: I heard that you are upset.
HATTIE (through her tears): You heard right, Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: Why are you upset?
HATTIE (through her tears): I just miss my family that's all.
After she said that she started crying some more and Hatter pulled her into his arms and comfort her and as he did he sang her a song called "You'll Be in My Heart" by Phil Collins.
THE MAD HATTER (singing): Come stop your crying
It will be all right
Just take my hand Hold it tight
I will protect you
from all around you
I will be here
Don't you cry
For one so small,
you seem so strong
My arms will hold you,
keep you safe and warm
This bond between us
Can't be broken
I will be here
Don't you cry
'Cause you'll be in my heart
Yes, you'll be in my heart
From this day on
Now and forever more
You'll be in my heart
No matter what they say
You'll be here in my heart, always
Always
HATTIE: Thanks, Hatter. That was a great song.
THE MAD HATTER: Did it make you feel a little better?
HATTIE: Yes it did.
Before Hatter left he gave Hattie a kiss on the cheek and before Hattie could say anything Hatter was gone. A few minutes later she went outside to the palace gardens to see if Hatter was there but he was nowhere insight. She than remembered the kiss he gave her on the cheek and then she broke out into song and the song she is singing is "A Moment Like This" by Kelly Clarkson.
HATTIE (singing): [Verse 1]
What if I told you
it was all meant to be
would you believe me
would you agree
it's almost that feelin
that we've met before
so tell me that you don't think I'm crazy
when I tell you love has come here and now
[Chorus]
A moment like this
Some people wait a lifetime
for a moment like this
some people search forever
for that one special kiss (she put her hand on her cheek that Hatter kissed)
Oh, I can't believe it's happening to me
some people wait a lifetime
for a moment like this
[Verse 2]
Everything Changes
but beauty remains
something so tender
I can't explain
well I may be dreamin
but til I awake
can we make this dream last forever
and I'll cherish all the love we share
[Chorus]
For a moment like this
Some people wait a lifetime
for a moment like this
some people search forever
for that one special kiss (she put her hand on her cheek that Hatter kissed)
Oh, I can't believe it's happening to me
some people wait a lifetime
for a moment like this
[Bridge]
could this be the greatest of love of all
I wanna know that you will catch me when I fall
so let me tell you this
some people wait a lifetime
for a moment like this
[Ending Chorus]
Some people search a lifetime
for a moment like this
some people search forever
for a moment like this
oh I can't believe it's happening to me
some people wait a lifetime
for a moment
like this
for a moment like this
some people search forever
for a moment like this
oh I can't believe it's happening to me
some people wait a lifetime
for a moment like this.
The rest of the week goes by and Hattie went over to Hatter's house. When she got there she noticed that Hatter wasn't alone. He was with The March Hare, The White Rabbit, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum. When Hatter saw her he told the guys not to let her know what they are doing.
HATTIE: Hi, guys. What'cha doing?
THE MAD HATTER: Nothing.
HATTIE: Do you really think that I'm going to buy that Hatter?
THE MARCH HARE: How can you buy nothing if there is nothing there to buy?
HATTIE: That's just an expression Hare.
THE MAD HATTER: So Hattie what are you doing here?
HATTIE: I was bored so I thought I come and see what you were up to.
THE MAD HATTER: Well we are just having some tea that's all.
THE MARCH HARE: It's not like we are having a meeting of our secret club.
THE MAD HATTER, TWEEDLE DEE, TWEEDLE DUM & THE WHITE RABBIT: HARE!
HATTIE: A secret club?
THE MAD HATTER: That's right.
HATTIE: Can I join?
THE MAD HATTER: You? Join? Our club? You have got to be kidding?
HATTIE: I'm not so can I join?
All the guys started laughing.
THE MAD HATTER: No offense Hattie but our club is a guys only club.
HATTIE: So since I'm a girl I can't join.
THE MAD HATTER: That's right.
HATTIE: That's wrong. Just because I'm a girl that doesn't mean you should exclude me from your club.
THE MAD HATTER: Well since I'm the president of this club that is one of the rules I made.
HATTIE: Well, Hatter I think that is the most stupidest rule I have ever heard.
THE MAD HATTER: Hattie just for that I never want to talk to you ever again.
HATTIE: That's fine with me. I never want to talk to [i]you[/i] again either.
After that The Mad Hatter and the other guys went inside Hatter's house. After Hatter went inside with the other guys Hattie stayed there and she than began to sing a song called "When There Was Me And You" by Gabriella from High School Musical. As she's singing the song she doesn't know that the guys can hear her and are listening to her sing.
HATTIE (singing): It's funny when you find yourself
Looking from the outside
I'm standing here but all I want
Is to be over there
Why did I let myself believe
Miracles could happen
Cause now I have to pretend
That I don’t really care.
I thought you were my fairytale
A dream when I'm not sleeping
A wish upon a star
Thats coming true
But everybody else could tell
That I confused my feelings with the truth
When there was me and you.
I swore I knew the melody
That I heard you singing
And when you smiled
You made me feel
Like I could sing along
But then you went and changed the words
Now my heart is empty
I'm only left with used-to-be's
And once upon a song.
Now I know your not a fairytale
And dreams were meant for sleeping
And wishes on a star
Just don't come true
Cause now even I can tell
That I confused my feelings with the truth
Cause I liked the view
When there was me and you.
I can't believe that I could be so blind
It's like you were floating
While I was falling
And I didn't mind.
Cause I liked the view
I thought you felt it too
When there was me and you.
After she sang that song she went to the palace to talk to The Red Queen and Alice about what happened between her and The Mad Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: You know when I said to Hattie that I didn't want to talk to her ever again?
TWEEDLE DEE: Yeah we remember.
TWEEDLE DUM: Why?
THE MAD HATTER: Well after hearing her sing that song I don't think that I could stay mad at her forever.
After Hattie talked with Alice and The Red Queen and The Mad Hatter talked to The March Hare, The White Rabbit, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum they sang a song called "Just Wanna Be with You" by Ryan, Kelsi, Troy and Gabriella from High School Musical 3: Senior Year.
THE MAD HATTER (singing): I got a lot of things I have to do
All these distractions our future's coming soon
We've being pulled
THE MAD HATTER & HATTIE (singing): A hundred different directions
THE MAD HATTER (singing): But whatever happens
THE MAD HATTER & HATTIE (singing): I know I've got you
THE MAD HATTER (singing): You're on my mind
You're in my heart
THE MAD HATTER & HATTIE (singing): It doesn't matter where we are
We'll be alright
Even if we're miles apart
All I wanna do is be with you
Be with you
There's nothing we can't do
Just wanna be with you, only you
No matter where life takes us
Nothing can break us apart
THE MAD HATTER (singing): You know it's true
BOTH (singing): I just wanna be with you
Yeah, yeah
THE MAD HATTER (singing): Just be with you
You know how life can be
It changes overnight
THE MAD HATTER & HATTIE (singing): It's sunny then raining, but it's alright
HATTIE (singing): A friend like you
THE MAD HATTER & HATTIE (singing): Always makes it easy
THE MAD HATTER (singing): I know that you get me
THE MAD HATTER & HATTIE (singing): Every time
Through every up, through every down
You know I'll always be around
Through anything you can count on me
All I wanna do is be with you
Be with you
There's nothing we can't do
Just wanna be with you, only you
No matter where life takes us
Nothing can break us apart
THE MAD HATTER (singing): You know it's true
BOTH (singing): I just wanna be with you
I just wanna be with you.
THE RED QUEEN: So are you sure that he told you that he never wanted to talk to you ever again?
HATTIE: Yes, your majesty.
ALICE: But why did he say that again?
HATTIE: Well it started when I asked him if I could join his club but he wouldn't let me in because I'm a girl.
ALICE: That's right. I remember now.
THE RED QUEEN: Why did you say that you never wanted to talk to Hatter ever again?
HATTIE: Your majesty it was because Hatter told me that one of the rules of his club was that no girls can join and I told him that was the stupidest thing that I have ever heard and he told me that he never wanted to talk to me and then I said "Fine by me, I never want to talk to you ever again."
THE RED QUEEN: Then what happened?
HATTIE: He and the other club members went inside his house and well I stayed outside for awhile and I sang a song called "When There Was Me And You."
ALICE: Did they hear you sing that song?
HATTIE: I'm not sure if they heard me or not.
For the next few days Hatter has been avoiding Hattie and Hattie has been avoiding Hatter sometimes. At the end of the week Hattie went over to Hatter's house and saw that everyone was there and she didn't go join everyone because she didn't want to be near Hatter and Hatter didn't want her near him.
THE RED QUEEN: Hattie why don't you join us?
HATTIE: I rather not your majesty.
THE RED QUEEN: Please join us.
HATTIE: I really rather not your majesty because a certain you know who is there.
THE RED QUEEN: Who are you referring too?
HATTIE: The one in the hat.
The Red Queen looks at everyone and notices three people wearing hats.
THE RED QUEEN: Hattie there are three people here wearing hats. You have to be more pacific.
HATTIE: I'm talking about the one in the top hat.
THE RED QUEEN: You mean The Mad Hatter?
HATTIE: That's exactly who I mean.
THE RED QUEEN: Are you still not talking to him?
HATTIE: That's right.
THE MARCH HARE: If you're not talking to him than why are you here?
HATTIE: Well I just wanted you all to hear a song.
TWEEDLE DEE: What's the song called?
HATTIE: The song is called "Somebody."
Now Hattie is singing "Somebody" by Mark Wills.
HATTIE (singing): At a diner down on Broadway they make small talk
When she brings his eggs and fills his coffee cup
He jokes about his love life
Tells her he's 'bout ready to give up
That's when she says
I've been there before
Keep on looking 'cause
Maybe who you're looking for is.
Chorus:
Somebody in the next car
Somebody on the morning train
Somebody in the coffee shop
That you walk right by everyday
Somebody that you look at but never really see
Somewhere out there
There's somebody.
Across town in a crowded elevator
He can't forget the things that waitress said
He usually reads the paper
But today he reads a strangers face instead
It's that blue-eyed girl. (as she points to her blue eyes)
From two floors up
Maybe she's the one
Maybe he could fall in love with.
Chorus:
Somebody in the next car
Somebody on the morning train
Somebody in the coffee shop
That you walk right by everyday
Somebody that you look at but never really see
Somewhere out there
There's somebody.
Now they laugh about the moment that it happened
A moment they both missed until that day
When he saw his future in her eyes
Instead of just another friendly face
And he wonder's why
He searched so long
When she was always there
At that diner waiting on.
Chorus:
Somebody in the next car
Somebody on the morning train
Somebody in the coffee shop
That you walk right by everyday
Somebody that you look at but never really see
Somewhere out there
Yeah, somewhere out there is somebody...
The rest of the year goes by and it is now the day before Hattie's birthday. Hattie was on the bridge looking down at the pond thinking about Hatter. Just then some of her friends came over to her.
ALICE: Hi, Hattie.
HATTIE: Hi, Alice.
Hattie sighs.
THE RED QUEEN: Hattie what's wrong?
HATTIE: I don't want to talk about it.
TWEEDLE DEE: Why don't you want to talk about it?
HATTIE (as she's walking off of the bridge): I just don't ok, Dee.
THE RED QUEEN: I bet it has to do with The Mad Hatter, right Hattie.
HATTIE: Maybe, maybe not.
THE RED QUEEN: You can't fool me it does have to do with him.
HATTIE: Remember when I said that I never wanted to talk to him again.
EVERYONE: Yeah.
HATTIE: Well lately I have been missing talking to him.
ALICE: Then why don't you go talk to him now.
HATTIE: I can't. As much as I miss hearing his sexy voice I can't go talk to him.
TWEEDLE DUM: Why is that?
HATTIE: Well I'm afraid that I might let three words slip out that I don't want him to hear just yet.
ALICE: What are those three words you don't want him to hear just yet?
HATTIE: Oh, those three words are "I love you."
THE RED QUEEN: You mean you still haven't told him you love him?
HATTIE: No I haven't your majesty.
THE RED QUEEN: You have been here for almost a year and you still haven't told Hatter that you love him?
HATTIE: That's right. Guys can I be alone for awhile?
THE RED QUEEN: Yes of course you can. Why?
HATTIE: I just have something I need to think about.
THE RED QUEEN: Oh ok.
So everyone left Hattie alone and when Hattie knew they were out of earshot she got out her phone and called The Mad Hatter. When The Mad Hatter answered his phone he didn't know who was calling him. He had no idea that is was Hattie singing a song to him and the song she is singing is called "I Just Called to Say I Love You." by Stevie Wonder from The Woman in Red.
HATTIE (singing): No New Year's Day to celebrate
No chocolate covered candy hearts to give away
No first of spring
No song to sing
In fact here's just another ordinary day
No April rain
No flowers bloom
No wedding Saturday within the month of June
But what it is, is something true
Made up of these three words that I must say to you
I just called to say I love you
I just called to say how much I care
I just called to say I love you
And I mean it from the bottom of my heart
No summer's high
No warm July
No harvest moon to light one tender August night
No autumn breeze
No falling leaves
Not even time for birds to fly to southern skies
No Libra sun
No Halloween
No giving thanks to all the Christmas joy you bring
But what it is, though old so new
To fill your heart like no three words could ever do
I just called to say I love you
I just called to say how much I care, I do
I just called to say I love you
And I mean it from the bottom of my heart
I just called to say I love you
I just called to say how much I care, I do
I just called to say I love you
And I mean it from the bottom of my heart, of my heart,
of my heart
THE MAD HATTER: Hattie is that you?
HATTIE: No it's not. By the way could you meet me by the bridge?
THE MAD HATTER: I'll be there in a few minutes.
HATTIE: Oh ok.
Hattie and Hatter hung up on each other. Hattie was nervous about what Hatter is going to do when he sees her at the bridge. When Hatter went over to the bridge he saw something that made him stop in his tracks.
THE MAD HATTER: Hattie what are you doing here? I'm suppose to meet someone here.
HATTIE: I know Hatter. I'm the one you're suppose to meet.
THE MAD HATTER: I don't understand.
HATTIE: Hatter by any chance did you get a phone call earlier?
THE MAD HATTER: Yes I did. Why?
HATTIE: Do you remember what the phone call was about?
THE MAD HATTER: Well it was someone singing that they just called to say that they love me.
HATTIE: Yeah I know.
THE MAD HATTER: What are you imapplying?
HATTIE: I was the one that called you.
THE MAD HATTER: Are you sure?
HATTIE: Yes I'm sure.
THE MAD HATTER: Why when I asked if it was you, you told me that it wasn't.
HATTIE: Well, Hatter, I wanted to surprise you.
THE MAD HATTER: Well I was surprised. So why did you sing that song to me on the phone?
HATTIE: Well ever since I first met you, I have been (gulps) in love with you.
THE MAD HATTER: You're in love with me?
HATTIE: Yes, yes I am.
THE MAD HATTER: I'm in love with you.
HATTIE: You're in love with me?
THE MAD HATTER: Yes I am.
HATTIE: How long have you been in love with me?
THE MAD HATTER: Like you said since I first met you.
HATTIE: Hatter, we mustn't let anyone know we have told each other our feelings for each other right away.
THE MAD HATTER: Why is that?
HATTIE: Because I have a plan on how to let them know that we have finally told each other our feelings for each other.
THE MAD HATTER: I totally agree. So what is your plan?
HATTIE: Well on Christmas Day I'm going to make you stand underneath some mistletoe.
THE MAD HATTER: How are you going to do that? There is no mistletoe in Wonderland.
HATTIE: I have special powers and I can make one appear over you by using my powers.
THE MAD HATTER: Is that how you did all those things during that one song earlier this year? With your powers?
HATTIE: Yes, that's how.
THE MAD HATTER: What other powers do you have besides the ones I've seen so far?
HATTIE: Well I have super sight and super hearing and I also have x-ray vision.
THE MAD HATTER: X-ray vision?
HATTIE: Yes, with my x-ray vision I can see through solid objects like doors, walls and tables or anything else like that. The only thing that I can't see through are clothes and I already tried on everyone here earlier this year.
THE MAD HATTER: When did you do that?
HATTIE: The day you left to go visit your cousin.
THE MAD HATTER: They let you see if you can see through their clothes with your x-ray vision?
HATTIE: That's right.
THE MAD HATTER: And it didn't work?
HATTIE: Yes it didn't work at all. I couldn't see through their clothes at all.
THE MAD HATTER: What about me?
HATTIE: You?
THE MAD HATTER: Yes. Why don't you use your x-ray vision on me to see if you can see through my clothes?
HATTIE: Ok, I'll try but I have a feeling that it won't work.
So Hattie used her x-ray vision on Hatter and unlike everyone else she actually saw through Hatter's clothes but she didn't let him know that she could.
THE MAD HATTER: So could you see through my clothes?
HATTIE: Actually Hatter, I couldn't see through your clothes.
THE MAD HATTER: Well at least you tried.
HATTIE: That's true.
The next day was Hattie's birthday and before The Red Queen woke up Hattie snuck off to go see The Mad Hatter.
HATTIE: Morning Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: Morning Hattie. What brings you over here?
HATTIE: I wanted you to be the first one I saw today.
THE MAD HATTER: Why is that?
HATTIE: Today is my birthday.
THE MAD HATTER: Happy birthday, starshine.
HATTIE: What did you call me?
THE MAD HATTER: Starshine.
HATTIE: I love it. Hatter, I only want to be with you today.
THE MAD HATTER: Why?
HATTIE: Well the only thing that I want for my birthday is to spend the entire day with you and only you.
THE MAD HATTER: Are you sure that's the only thing you want for your birthday?
HATTIE: Well actually Hatter, there is something else that I want.
THE MAD HATTER: What is it?
HATTIE: A kiss.
The Mad Hatter pulled Hattie onto his lap and started kissing her passionately. All of a sudden Hattie heard someone coming and she made her and Hatter invisible by using her powers. Just then The Red Queen, Alice and The March Hare walked up and since Hatter and Hattie were invisible they couldn't see them sitting at the table kissing.
THE MARCH HARE: Well it looks like Hatter isn't home.
THE RED QUEEN: I was hoping he was so I can ask him if he has seen Hattie.
THE MARCH HARE: What do you mean?
THE RED QUEEN: Well this morning when I went into her room to wake her up she wasn't there.
ALICE: I'm sure she got up early and took a little walk and maybe she asked Mr. Hatter to go with her.
After they left Hattie may her and Hatter visible again. They broke their kiss as soon as they became visible again.
THE MAD HATTER: How come they didn't see us here kissing?
HATTIE: Well Hatter we were invisible so that they couldn't see us.
THE MAD HATTER: How did we become invisible?
HATTIE: That was one of my powers, Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: You can make yourself invisible?
HATTIE: That's right. Also I can make someone else invisible only with they are touching me.
THE MAD HATTER: So since I was kissing you that is how I became invisible as well?
HATTIE: That's right.
A few minutes later Hatter sang a song to Hattie for her birthday. The next day Hattie was at the bridge and she was alone and since she was alone she was singing a song called "Killing Me Softly With His Song" by The Fugees.
HATTIE (singing): Strumming my pain with his fingers,
singing my life with his words,
killing me softly with his song,
killing me softly with his song,
telling my whole life with his words,
killing me softly with his song
I heard he sang a good song, I heard he had a style.
And so I came to see him and listen for a while.
And there he was this young boy, a stranger to my eyes.
Strumming my pain with his fingers,
(one time, one time)
singing my life with his words,
(two time, two time)
killing me softly with his song,
killing me softly with his song,
telling my whole life with his words,
killing me softly with his song
I felt all flushed with fever, embarrassed by the crowd,
I felt he found my letters and read each one out loud.
I prayed that he would finish but he just kept right on.
Strumming my pain with his fingers,
(one time, one time)
singing my life with his words,
(two time, two time)
killing me softly with his song,
killing me softly with his song,
telling my whole life with his words,
killing me softly with his song
(instramental interlude)
Strumming my pain with his fingers,
(yes he was)
singing my life with his words,
killing me softly with his song,
killing me softly with his song,
telling my whole life with his words,
killing me softly with his song
Strumming my pain
singing my life
killing me softly with his song,
killing me softly with his song,
telling my whole life with his words
The next few days go by and it is now Christmas Eve. Everyone was over at Hatter's house for a special Christmas Eve party.
THE RED QUEEN: Oh, Hattie.
HATTIE: Yes, your majesty.
THE RED QUEEN: We were all wondering where you were on the 20th.
HATTIE: That was only four days ago.
THE RED QUEEN: Yeah, I know but where were you and The Mad Hatter?
HATTIE: I can't tell you that right now.
THE RED QUEEN: Are you keeping secrets from your Queen?
HATTIE: Well, your majesty, I have no choice.
Hattie looks over at The Mad Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: You will all find out soon enough.
THE RED QUEEN: How soon?
HATTIE & THE MAD HATTER: Tomorrow.
THE RED QUEEN: But tomorrow is Christmas.
THE MAD HATTER: Which is a good day for you all to find out why you didn't see Hattie and I four days ago.
HATTIE: Everyone I would like to sing a song for you all.
THE RED QUEEN: That sounds like a good idea. Besides you are a great singer, Hattie.
HATTIE: Thank you, your majesty.
THE MAD HATTER (under his breathe): I love hearing her sing.
Hattie smiled when she heard Hatter say that.
THE MARCH HARE: What song are you going to sing?
HATTIE: It's called "The Climb."
Now Hattie is singing the song called "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus.
HATTIE (singing): I can almost see it.
That dream I'm dreaming, but
There's a voice inside my head saying
You'll never reach it
Every step I'm takin'
Every move I make
Feels lost with no direction,
My faith is shakin'
But I gotta keep tryin'
Gotta keep my head held high
There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be an uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose
Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waitin' on the other side
It's the climb
The struggles I'm facing
The chances I'm taking
Sometimes might knock me down, but
No I'm not breaking
I may not know it, but
These are the moments that
I'm gonna remember most
I've just gotta keep goin', and
I gotta be strong
Just keep pushing on, but
There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be an uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose
Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waitin' on the other side
It's the climb
There's always gonna be another mountain
I'm always gonna wanna make it move
Always gonna be an uphill battle
Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose
Ain't about how fast I get there
Ain't about what's waitin' on the other side
It's the climb
Keep on movin'
Keep climbin'
Keep the faith baby
It's all about, it's all about
The climb
Keep the faith, keep your faith, woah
The next day is Christmas Day and there was a Christmas Party in the Palace Gardens. Hattie and The Mad Hatter where on opposite sides of the Palace Gardens. The Mad Hatter was in the doorway that leads into the Palace from the Palace Gardens and Hattie was near the Palace Gardens gate. Hattie was flirting with Hatter and he was flirting back at her. Everyone noticed that Hattie and Hatter were standing on opposite sides of the Palace Gardens.
ALICE: Your majesty, have you noticed Hattie and Mr. Hatter?
THE RED QUEEN: Yes, I have Alice. They aren't standing near each other.
ALICE: I wonder if they are not talking to each other again.
THE RED QUEEN: I don't think that is true.
ALICE: What do you mean your majesty?
THE RED QUEEN: Well I kept noticing that they were smiling at each other.
ALICE: Now that you mention it they have been smiling at each other.
Just then Hattie made mistletoe appear over The Mad Hatter using her powers.
TWEEDLE DEE: Hatter you have something above you.
TWEEDLE DUM: Yeah what is that above you, Hatter?
THE MAD HATTER (looking up): Oh, that's just mistletoe.
THE RED QUEEN: Did someone say mistletoe?
THE MAD HATTER: I did your majesty.
THE RED QUEEN: Hatter why is there mistletoe above you? There is no mistletoe here in Wonderland.
THE MAD HATTER: How true that is.
THE RED QUEEN: What is mistletoe for?
HATTIE: Let me explain your majesty.
THE RED QUEEN: Hattie you know all about mistletoe?
HATTIE: Yes, yes I do.
THE RED QUEEN: So what's mistletoe all about?
HATTIE: Well hanging mistletoe up every Christmas is an old Christmas tradition that has been passed down from one generation to the next. You hang up mistletoe up every Christmas and who is ever underneath the mistletoe has to get kissed and in this case The Mad Hatter is standing under the mistletoe.
THE RED QUEEN: Who here is going to kiss Hatter? I'm not.
ALICE: I'm not.
THE MARCH HARE, THE WHITE RABBIT, TWEEDLE DEE & TWEEDLE DUM: Don't look at us.
HATTIE: I guess I'm the one that is going to kiss him.
THE RED QUEEN: Are you sure you want to?
HATTIE: Yes your majesty. Besides where I come from it is tradition for the girl to get kiss by someone she loves if she's under the mistletoe and it works the same way if its the guy standing under the mistletoe.
So Hattie walked over to where The Mad Hatter was at. When she walked over to him, she was nervous at first because this was the first time she kissed Hatter in front of all their friends. After getting up all her nerves she gave Hatter a passionate kiss. When everyone saw her kiss him passionately their mouths dropped open in shock. They thought that she was only going to give him a short quick kiss not a long passionate kiss. A few minutes later she broke her kiss from The Mad Hatter.
THE RED QUEEN: Why did you give Hatter that long passionate kiss...?
HATTIE: Instead of a short quick one?
THE RED QUEEN: Yeah.
Hattie looked at The Mad Hatter and he knew what she was thinking and he nodded his head.
HATTIE: Well the truth is Hatter and I finally told each other our feelings for each other.
ALICE: When?
HATTIE: The day before my birthday.
THE RED QUEEN: When was your birthday, Hattie?
HATTIE: My birthday was 5 days ago.
THE RED QUEEN: Why wasn't I notified?
HATTIE: With all do respect your majesty I only wanted to spend my birthday with The Mad Hatter and no one else.
THE RED QUEEN: Where were the two of you on your birthday?
HATTIE: Why we were at Hatter's house?
THE RED QUEEN: We went there but we didn't see you.
HATTIE: Well I have a confussion to make.
THE RED QUEEN: And what's that, Hattie?
HATTIE: The truth is when you all came over to Hatter's house, Hatter and I were sitting at his Tea Table.
THE MARCH HARE: But we didn't see anyone at the table.
HATTIE: We were there trust me. You just couldn't see us because we were invisible.
EVERYONE: Invisible!?!
HATTIE: Yes, invisible.
THE RED QUEEN: Where were the two of you sitting at the table?
HATTIE: Hatter and I were sitting in the same chair.
THE RED QUEEN: How can the two of you sit in the same chair together?
HATTIE: Well Hatter was sitting in the chair and I was on his lap.
THE MARCH HARE: Why were you on his lap?
HATTIE: We were kissing each other of course.
THE RED QUEEN: I think now it is time to celebrate love right now.
HATTIE: Celebrate love, your majesty?
THE RED QUEEN: Yes, we'll celebrate yours and Hatter's love for each other and that you finally told each other.
HATTIE: By the way I know a song called "Celebrate Love."
THE MAD HATTER: Please sing it, starshine.
ALICE: What did you call her, Mr. Hatter?
THE MAD HATTER: I called her "starshine."
HATTIE: And Hatter is the only one that can call me starshine. No one and I mean no one else can call me starshine or even say that word.
THE RED QUEEN: Why is that?
HATTIE: Well no one's called me starshine until Hatter did on my birthday. He was the first one to ever call me starshine.
Now Hattie is singing "Celebrate Love" by Jordan Pruitt.
HATTIE (singing): Light up the candles dim all the lights
Now let the magic begin
There's peace in our hearts as we feel the love from within
Good friends of Gavin loves in the air
Everyone's singing a carol or sayin a prayer
So lets
Celebrate love in this season of giving
Let's make the most of this time
Don't let this feeling be taken for granted
We'll keep it right here in the mind
Celebrate joy for the child who was sent us
To show how to live without fear
Praise the one who joined us here
And since he's what were all made of
Lets celebrate love
Year after year time after time
Christmas is special to me
All of these memories will last for a lifetime you'll see
Never to young never to old
To hear of the wonder whenever the story is told
So lets
Celebrate love in this season of giving
Let's make the most of this time
Don't let this feeling be taken for granted
We'll keep it right here in the mind
Celebrate joy for the child who was sent us
To show how to live without fear
Praise the one who joined us here
And since he's what were all made of
Lets celebrate love
Celebrate love
Yea
So lets
Celebrate love in this season of giving
Let's make the most of this time
Don't let this feeling be taken for granted
We'll keep it right here in the mind
Celebrate joy for the child who was sent us
To show how to live without fear
So praise the one who joined us here
And since he's what were all made of
Celebrate love
The rest of the year goes by and now it is New Year's Eve and there is going to be a New Year's Eve Party later that night at The Mad Hatter's house. So during the day everyone was helping with the preperations for the party later that night. The Mad Hatter and Hattie were in charge of everything since it is going to be at Hatter's house. As they were checking on all the preperations for the New Year's Eve Party some girl in a hat came up behind Hatter and covered his eyes.
THE GIRL IN THE HAT: Guess who, Hatter?
THE MAD HATTER: Wait a minute, I know that voice. Hatthia is that you?
HATTHIA: Yes it's me.
The Mad Hatter turned around after Hatthia took her hands off of his eyes.
THE MAD HATTER: What are you doing here?
HATTHIA: I came here to see you.
THE MAD HATTER: Why?
HATTHIA: I missed you Hatter.
Hattie clears her throat.
THE MAD HATTER: I'm sorry, Hatthia this is Hattie she is best friends with Alice. Hattie this Hatthia she is in old friend of mine.
HATTHIA: I think you mean girlfriend.
HATTIE: Girlwhat!?!
HATTHIA: You heard me, I'm his girlfriend.
HATTIE: That can't be right because I'm his girlfriend.
HATTHIA: I was his girlfriend first.
HATTIE: So what? I'm his girlfriend now.
THE MAD HATTER: Girls stop fighting.
HATTIE: Hatter how come you never told me you had a girlfriend?
THE MAD HATTER: Well Hattie you never told me about your boyfriend Hatler until Alice brought him here.
HATTIE: Don't bring Hatler into this!
THE MAD HATTER: Hattie, she is my ex-girlfriend.
HATTHIA: I am not. I am still in love with you.
THE MAD HATTER: Well I'm not in love with you anymore. I'm in love with Hattie.
HATTHIA: I don't care. I'm taking you back.
HATTIE: Oh I don't think so. You can't have my Hatter.
HATTHIA: He's not your Hatter he is my Hatter.
Before Hattie could say anything Hatthia pulled The Mad Hatter close and kissed him passionately. When Hattie saw that it made her upset. So upset that she ran to the palace and into her room and she threw herself onto her bed.
HATTIE (through her tears, talking to herself): Why did he not pull away from her when she kissed him?
Later that night it was time for the New Year's Eve Party. Hattie wasn't talking to The Mad Hatter because she was still mad at him for what he didn't do when Hatthia kissed him. Everyone including The Mad Hatter was wondering why Hattie has been acting strange around The Mad Hatter lately. Alice was the one that went over to her.
ALICE: Hattie is there something going on that we don't know about?
HATTIE: I don't want to talk about it, but if you want to know why don't you ask The Mad Hatter.
ALICE: What did he do this time?
HATTIE: Why don't you go ask him?
Alice went over to The Mad Hatter.
ALICE: Mr. Hatter what's going on between you and Hattie?
THE MAD HATTER: I don't know, but earlier I got a visit from my ex-girlfriend, Hatthia and her and Hattie didn't get along.
ALICE: What happened that will make Hattie not talk to you, again?
THE MAD HATTER: I wonder if it has to do with when Hatthia kissed me.
ALICE: Did you pull away when she kissed you?
THE MAD HATTER: I tried but I couldn't.
ALICE: Why?
THE MAD HATTER: Hatthia had a good grip on me so that I couldn't pull away.
ALICE: Where is Hatthia now?
THE MAD HATTER: I asked her to go home and that I don't ever want to see her again because I'm so much in love with Hattie.
ALICE: Does Hattie know that?
THE MAD HATTER: I couldn't find her after Hatthia kissed me.
ALICE: What do you mean?
THE MAD HATTER: Well after Hatthia finally broke her kiss from me, I noticed that Hattie wasn't around. I was looking everywhere for her but I couldn't find her.
ALICE: Why don't you tell that to her now?
THE MAD HATTER: I'm going to do something better than that Alice.
ALICE: What are you going to do Mr. Hatter?
THE MAD HATTER: I'm going to sing a song. I know that she can't resist my singing voice.
ALICE: What song are you going to sing?
THE MAD HATTER: It's called "No One Else Comes Close."
Now The Mad Hatter is singing "No One Else Comes Close" by the Backstreet Boys.
THE MAD HATTER (singing): When we turn out the lights
The two of us, alone together
Somethin' just not right
But, girl, you know that I would never ever let
Another's touch, come between the two of us
'Cause no one else will ever take your place
No one else comes close to you
No one makes me feel the way you do
You're so special girl to me
And you'll always be, eternally
Everytime I hold, you near
Always say the words, I love to hear
Girl, with just a touch, you can do so much
No one else comes close
No one else comes close
No one else comes close
And when I wake up to
The touch of your head on my shoulder
You're my dream come true, ohh yea
Girl, you know I'll always treasure
Every kiss, and every day, I love you girl, in every way
And I always will 'cause in my eyes
Ohh baby
No one else comes close to you
No one makes me feel the way you do
You're so special girl to me
And you'll always be, eternally
Everytime I hold, you near
Always say the words, I love to hear
Girl, with just a touch you can do so much
Girl, can't you see that
No one else comes close to you
No one makes me feel the way you do
You're so special girl to me
And you'll always be, eternally, babe
Everytime I hold you near
Always say the words, I love to hear
Girl, with just a touch, you can do so much
No one else comes close
No, no one else comes close
Ohh girl
No one else comes close
(whispering to Hattie) Damn I love you
After The Mad Hatter sang that song everyone thought at first that it didn't work because Hattie didn't do anything at first but before anyone could say anything Hattie ran over to The Mad Hatter and gave him a hug and with that Hatter picked her up and spun her around. A few minutes later he put her down and she gave him a passionate kiss which was more passionate than all the other ones she gave him.
ALICE: Well it looks like that she isn't mad at The Mad Hatter anymore.
A few minutes later Hattie broke her kiss from The Mad Hatter.
THE RED QUEEN: So Hattie why were you mad at Hatter earlier?
HATTIE: I was mad at him for not telling me about his ex-girlfriend and for not pulling away from her when she kissed him.
THE MAD HATTER: Hattie you left before I could tell you.
HATTIE: Tell me what?
THE MAD HATTER: I was going to tell you that I couldn't pull away from Hatthia because she had a good grip on me so that I couldn't pull away. By the way where did you go? I looked all over Wonderland for you and I couldn't find you.
HATTIE: I was in my room at the palace.
THE MAD HATTER: Were you there the whole time?
HATTIE: Yes, yes I was.
A couple hours later it was getting close to midnight. Everyone was counting down to midnight. When the clock stuck midnight everyone shouted "Happy New Year!", everyone that is except for Hattie and The Mad Hatter who were kissing each other when it stuck midnight.
THE RED QUEEN: Why are they kissing and not shouting "Happy New Year!" like the rest of us.
Hattie broke her kiss from The Mad Hatter.
HATTIE: Your majesty, where I come from it is tradition to kiss someone at midnight on New Year's.
THE RED QUEEN: Who is suppose to kiss who?
HATTIE: Well girlfriends and boyfriends, an engaged couple and a married couple.
THE RED QUEEN: Well none of us have any of those except for you and Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: How true that is.
When Hatter said that it gave Hattie the chills because she loves it when he says that.
HATTIE (whispering): Hatter, I love how you say that.
THE MAD HATTER (whispering): Why is that?
HATTIE (whispering): Well everytime I hear you say that it always gives me the chills.
All of January went by and the first two weeks of February went by and now it's the day before Valentine's Day. Hattie is still living at the Palace. But lately she hasn't been sleeping that great and the same goes for The Mad Hatter. The Red Queen walks into Hattie's room with The White Rabbit and Alice.
THE RED QUEEN: Hattie it's time to wake up.
Hattie moaning and groaning as she's waking up.
ALICE: What's wrong, Hattie?
HATTIE: I haven't been sleeping that great lately.
THE WHITE RABBIT: Why is that?
HATTIE: It's just that I miss being with The Mad Hatter.
THE RED QUEEN: What do you mean?
THE WHITE RABBIT: You're with him all day everyday.
HATTIE: That's true but I am not with him at night before going to bed, and Hatter and I hate haven't to say good night to each other than he goes into his house and I have to come all the way over here to the palace. Also tomorrow is Valentine's Day.
THE RED QUEEN: So what are you saying?
HATTIE: I'm saying that, well as much as I love living here in the Palace, I just really want to live with Hatter now that we're a couple.
THE WHITE RABBIT: I'm still not following.
HATTIE: Rabbit, I'm saying that since Hatter and I are a couple it is only right for me to live with my boyfriend.
THE WHITE RABBIT: Oh, I get it now. I think?
THE RED QUEEN: Well, Hattie if you really want to live with Hatter than you can live with him.
HATTIE: Thank you, your majesty.
Later that day Hattie told The Mad Hatter what her and The Red Queen were talking about and he love the idea. Now Hattie and The Mad Hatter are in Hattie's room packing her stuff, but Hattie told Hatter that she could use her powers to make the packing go a little faster and be a lot more easier. After she used her powers to pack her stuff she tried to pick up her suitcase but she couldn't and Hatter said that he'll do it. A few minutes later Hattie and The Mad Hatter were at The Mad Hatter's house and Hattie used her powers again to unpack her suitcase.
THE MAD HATTER: I'm so glad that the Queen let you live with me.
HATTIE: Me, too.
THE MAD HATTER: I was having trouble sleeping at night without you.
HATTIE: I was having the same problem. I also couldn't sleep at night without you.
THE MAD HATTER: Well now we can have a good night's sleep tonight.
That night Hattie was finally sleeping in Hatter's embrace. The next day was Valentine's Day. When Hattie woke up she noticed that she was finally waking up next to The Mad Hatter. She saw that he was still sleeping. She leaned over and gave Hatter a kiss on the lips to wake him up. A few seconds later Hatter woke up.
HATTIE: Morning, Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: Morning, Starshine.
HATTIE: Hatter it was nice finally waking up next to you.
THE MAD HATTER: How true that is.
Later that day there was a Valentine's Day party in the Palace Gardens.
THE RED QUEEN: So Hattie what was it like to wake up next to The Mad Hatter?
HATTIE: It was great to finally wake up next to Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: I totally agree. Besides Hattie now I'm not gonna to anything without you.
HATTIE: I feel the same way Hatter.
Just then Hattie and The Mad Hatter broke out into song and sang "I'm Not Gonna Do Anything Without You" by Mark Wills and Jamie O'Neal.
THE MAD HATTER (singing): I'm gonna make you a promise
Starting tonight
If I never do anything else
For the rest of my life
BOTH (singing): I'm gonna hold somebody
I'm gonna look in someone's eyes
THE MAD HATTER (singing): 'Til I'm so overcome that I cry
BOTH (singing): I'm gonna love somebody
More than anybody
Baby, there's so much I wanna do
But I'm not gonna do anything without you
HATTIE (singing): There's no way I'll ever give up
There's no way I'll lose
If I have to sacrifice everything
Then that's what I'll do
BOTH (singing): I'm gonna hold somebody
I'm gonna look in someone's eyes
HATTIE (singing): 'Til I'm so overcome that I cry
BOTH (singing): I'm gonna love somebody
More than anybody
Baby, there's so much I wanna do
But I'm not gonna do anything without you
HATTIE (singing): This is my dream I live and breathe
THE MAD HATTER (singing): All I think about
HATTIE (singing): Oh, this is the fire that burns in me
THE MAD HATTER (singing): That will never go out
BOTH (singing): I'm gonna hold somebody
I'm gonna look in someone's eyes
HATTIE (singing): 'Til I'm so overcome that I cry
THE MAD HATTER (singing): I'm gonna love somebody
More than anybody
BOTH (singing): Baby, there's so much I wanna do
But I'm not gonna do anything without you
Baby, there's so much I wanna do
But I'm not gonna do anything without you
I'm not gonna do anything without you
Anything without you
The rest of February goes by and all of March goes by and now it is April 7th, the day before The Mad Hatter's birthday. Hatter wasn't wanting a big party for his birthday he only wanted to be with Hattie. Hattie didn't know that Hatter only wanted to be with her for his birthday and she went around Wonderland telling everyone about a surprise brithday party for The Mad Hatter.
THE RED QUEEN: Are you sure he wants a party?
HATTIE: Well I don't know. He never told me if he wanted a party for his birthday or not.
THE MARCH HARE: Are we suppose to tell Hatter about this party for tomorrow?
HATTIE: Not if you want to ruin the surprise.
THE MARCH HARE: Surprise?
HATTIE: Yes, Hare we are throwing him a surprise party so please don't tell Hatter about this party.
For the rest of the day everyone was getting everything ready for The Mad Hatter's birthday party. The next day was the day of the surprise birthday party for The Mad Hatter. Hattie made sure that everyone was decorating the Palace Gardens for the party later. A few minutes later Hattie went to go see Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: There you are starshine, I have been looking everywhere for you.
HATTIE: Was I lost?
Hattie laughs a little.
THE MAD HATTER: Where were you?
HATTIE: I just had something I had to do.
THE MAD HATTER: What did you have to do?
HATTIE: I can't tell you, it's a secret.
THE MAD HATTER: By the way I was kind of hoping to spend the entire day with only you today.
HATTIE: Why is that?
THE MAD HATTER: Well today is a special day.
HATTIE: Why is today a special day?
THE MAD HATTER: Today is my birthday.
HATTIE: Oh, I had no idea that today is your birthday.
THE MAD HATTER: So now that you're here why don't we just spend the rest of my birthday doing what we did on your birthday.
HATTIE: Oh, Hatter, I would love to but we can't.
THE MAD HATTER: Why is that?
HATTIE: Well, Hatter, I have something for you at the Palace.
THE MAD HATTER: Couldn't you have brought it over here?
HATTIE: I could if it wasn't too big for me.
THE MAD HATTER: Couldn't you have used your powers?
HATTIE: Believe it or not it is even too big to move with my powers.
THE MAD HATTER: Oh ok.
HATTIE: Oh, before we go put this blindfold on.
THE MAD HATTER: But with this on how can I see where I'm going.
HATTIE: Don't worry I'll lead you the whole way.
THE MAD HATTER: How?
HATTIE: Just take hold of my hand.
So Hatter put the blindfold on and Hattie made sure that he couldn't see anything. She is now leading him to the Palace Gardens. Once they got there she put her finger to her mouth so that everyone won't make a sound to let Hatter know that they are there or else it will ruin the surprise.
THE MAD HATTER: Can I take off my blindfold now?
Hattie looked at everyone and noticed that they were ready.
HATTIE: You can take it off now, Hatter.
So Hatter took off the blindfold.
EVERYONE: SURPRISE!!!! Happy birthday, Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER (surprised): I thought you guys forgot about my birthday. Especially you starshine.
HATTIE: We just didn't want to ruin the surprise party for you.
THE MAD HATTER: So you knew all along that today was my birthday.
HATTIE: Yes I did.
THE MAD HATTER: But you said...
HATTIE: I know what I said, but I only said that so you weren't figure out what I was up to.
THE MAD HATTER: I had no idea.
HATTIE: I have a special present for you, Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: Why is it a special present, starshine?
HATTIE: It's special because it's a song that I'm going to sing just for you.
THE MAD HATTER: I love hearing you sing.
HATTIE: I know you do. That's why I'm going to sing this song to you.
THE MAD HATTER: What's the song called?
HATTIE: It's called "Crazier."
THE MAD HATTER: Why is it called that?
HATTIE: Listen to the song and you'll find out.
Now Hattie is singing "Crazier" by Taylor Swift from Hannah Montana The Movie.
HATTIE (singing): I've never gone with the wind
Just let it flow, let it take me
Where I wants to go
Til you opened the door
Theres so much more
I'd never seen it before
I was trying to fly, but I couldn't find wings
Then you came along and you changed everything
You lift my feet off the ground, you spin me around
You make me crazier, crazier
Feels like I'm falling and I am lost in your eyes
You make me crazier, crazier, crazier
I watched from a distance as you
Made life your own, every sky was
Your own kind of blue
And I wanted to know
How that would feel and you made it so real
You showed me something that I couldn't see
You opened my eyes and you made me believe
You lift my feet off the ground, you spin me around
You make me crazier, crazier
Feels like I'm falling and I am lost in your eyes
You make me crazier, crazier, crazier
Baby, you showed me what living is for
I don't want to hide anymore
You lift my feet off the ground, you spin me around
You make me crazier, crazier
Feels like I'm falling and I am lost in your eyes
You make me crazier, crazier, crazier
Crazier, Crazier
After Hattie sang the song The Mad Hatter went over to her and he picked her up and spun her around. A few seconds later he put her down and when he did he pulled her close and gave her a passionate kiss. A few minutes later he broke the kiss. The next 12 days go by and now it is Hattie's older brother, Wilmer's birthday. She is upset because she can't be with her brother for his birthday. Hattie was sitting at The Mad Hatter's tea table thinking about how much she misses her brother and that she wishes he was there with her in Wonderland so that they can be together on his birthday. Just then The Mad Hatter came out of the house and saw Hattie sitting at the table looking upset.
THE MAD HATTER: What's wrong, starshine?
HATTIE: Oh, today is just my older brother, Wilmer's birthday and this will be the first one that I'm going to miss since I was born.
THE MAD HATTER: Would you like to go visit him for the day?
HATTIE: I would but I don't want to leave you.
Before Hatter could say something Alice came over with someone who just so happens to be Hattie's brother, Wilmer.
ALICE: Hattie there you are. I have someone who is anxious to see you.
HATTIE: Who is that Alice?
WILMER: Why don't you take a look for yourself?
HATTIE: I know that voice.
When Hattie looked up she couldn't believe her eyes. She ran over and gave her brother a hug.
HATTIE: Wilmer is that you?
WILMER: Yes, yes it is.
HATTIE: I can't believe you're here. But why are you here?
WILMER: Did you forget what today is?
HATTIE: No, today is your birthday.
WILMER: Exactly. I asked mom and dad if I could come here to Wonderland to be with you on my birthday.
HATTIE: How did you know I was in Wonderland?
ALICE: I told your family about Wonderland, Hattie.
Hattie gave Alice a hug.
HATTIE: Thank you, Alice.
The Mad Hatter clear his throat.
HATTIE: Wilmer, I would like you to meet my boyfriend, The Mad Hatter.
WILMER: Nice to meet you.
HATTIE: Hatter this is my older brother, Wilmer.
THE MAD HATTER: It's nice to meet you. Happy birthday.
WILMER: Thank you.
A few minutes later Hattie, Alice and The Mad Hatter took Wilmer to meet The Red Queen and The White Rabbit.
HATTIE: Your majesty, I would like you and Rabbit to meet my older brother, Wilmer.
THE RED QUEEN: It's nice to meet you.
WILMER: Thank you, your majesty. It is nice to meet you, too.
HATTIE: By the way, your majesty, today is his birthday.
THE RED QUEEN: Happy birthday, Wilmer.
WILMER: Again thank you, your majesty.
The rest of April goes by and all of May goes by and now it is June 9th, which is Hattie's other older brother, Willy's birthday. As much as she wants to be with Willy for his birthday she knows that she can't because he can't leave his factory but she does have a way to be with him without being with him. She has a doll of her brother that she got from her brother on her 16th birthday. Also for the entire day she has been in front of the pond listening to songs like "Candyman" by Aqua, "Candy" by Mandy Moore, "Candyman" by Christina Aguilera and "I Want Candy" by Bow Wow Wow. During the songs The Mad Hatter was looking for Hattie and then he found her in front of the pond with her doll of her brother and listening to those candy songs. At first Hatter was jealous because she wasn't paying attention to him. The next couple of days go by and now it is June 11th, which is Hattie's father, Wilbur's birthday. Again she couldn't be with her father on his birthday. The rest of June goes by and now it is has been a year since Hattie and The Mad Hatter first met each other. Hattie has gathered everyone to The Mad Hatter's house to celebrate their one year anniversary of the day that the first met each other.
HATTIE: I bet that you're all wondering why I asked you all here.
EVERYONE: Yes we have.
HATTIE: Well the reason why is because exactly one year ago today is when I first met Hatter.
THE MAD HATTER: That's right.
HATTIE: And to celebrate the one year anniversary of our first meeting Hatter and I are going to sing a song together.
ALICE: What's the song you are going to sing together?
HATTIE: It's called "Bless The Broken Road."
Now Hattie and The Mad Hatter are singing "Bless The Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts from Hannah Montana The Movie.
THE MAD HATTER & HATTIE (singing): I set out on a narrow way many years ago
Hoping I would find true love along the broken road
But I got lost a time or two
Wiped my brow and kept pushing through
I couldn't see how every sign pointed straight to you
[Chorus:]
Every long lost dream led me to where you are
Others who broke my heart they were like Northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you
I think about the years I spent just passing through
I'd like to have the time I lost and give it back to you
But you just smile and take my hand
You've been there you understand
It's all part of a grander plan that is coming true
[Chorus:]
Every long lost dream led me to where you are
Others who broke my heart they were like Northern stars
Pointing me on my way into your loving arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you
Now I'm just rolling home
Into my lover's arms
This much I know is true
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you
That God blessed the broken road
That led me straight to you.
