sorry, but you really have to refresh your iPod.

you can't go from mac to windows on your iPod since your mac-based iPod used MAC OS system, windows and mac OS are two different "languages" or platforms. you have to re-upload new songs to your iPod from your windows PC.

you have to dead reset it or reformat it. i forget how, basta pag saksak mo, there's a pop-up that should say "should i reformat your ipod" or something like that

Tin, download everying FROM the iPod by using something called SENUTI [reverse ng iTunes because it downloads from the iPod to the workstation]. If you are on a Windows machine, you can find something similar for it. I just forget the name.

Then reset your iPod and upload old and new songs.

Good luck.

If your windows machine is able to detect the ipod as a drive under My Computer then you can use the ipod updater (it should be in your programs folder or if u don't have it you can get it from the apple site) to format your ipod. keep in mind that you'll probably end up wiping out whatever music and settings are on there. after the formatting is done you should be able to use it on both a mac and a windows machine.
