Design help needed! :) Range selected
I know I posted a few ranges in my last kitchen "refresh" post, but we ended up not going with either, we selected this one:
It is quite beautiful, has what we want and did not have the "issues" of the slide in that I had posted (we would have had to modify our countertops)
We ordered it yesterday and the dishwasher, so that will finish the appliances.
Anywho, yesterday we went to look at backsplashes. I still think the stone and stainless backsplashes will look the best in our kitchen as we have stone tile and travertine transitions. BUT DH loved the all glass tile and it got me thinking that we were so careful to get renewable and sustainable carpeting and energy star appliances, etc that perhaps we should do the recycled glass backsplash? I am just worried it is too modern? What do you think? Here are some examples:

I think I will photoshop some of these options into my kitchen and see. My house is pretty "natural/ traditional" but have been reading on some boards it can look nice to add some pops of modern like the stainless steel and now the glass. Hmm....
