Hi! Ok I follow zone, it's the only thing that works for me. I constantly fall back to it. I switched to paleo nutrition early and lacked on muscle but got BIG! Hated it. But some women swear by it. I need portion control and the balance zone provides. I'd be happy to share my typical days with ya and see from an RD perspective what you think!!! I'm currently trying to drop weight. Ugh.
I can't handle the low-carb ness of paleo. I know your body adapts to it, but I feel like crap and don't feel like I can make it through a workout. Yuck.
Terrible RD-I never pay attention to my macro breakdowns. I have been trying to eat a bit more protein since I've been doing boot camp and hopefully getting a little stronger.
I would love to see your dailies, though I imagine it is going to make me jealous! with your workouts you probably can eat 3-4000 kcals! I can't imagine you needing to lose weight. You are tiny and strong! I've been trying to lose weight since January. Lost 10# and then stalled. I'd like to lose another 10-15. My metabolism sucks though b/c it takes a lot to get the weight to come off. I keep gaining and losing the same 3-4#!

I want to talk sports nutrition with you sometime. I've hit such a plateau with workouts/weight loss and it is pissing me off. best dietitian ever!
