I wish I had this type of will power that you have. I hoping one day I find it deep down. My weight has drastically increased since having kiddos and I'm ready for a change but don't have the will power for it.

I often wonder what it will be like after I have kids. I know priorities will change immensely. I guess I will find out. But I always tell people to pick goals and work toward them. I am NEVER someone who works out for the sake of working out. I have to have something that terrifies me - races, getting up on stage in front of people in a bikini! HA HA!

Gosh, I remember when you first joined WW! It's quite inspiring to take a step back and see how you've progressed over the years. Simply amazing!

I agree, its always nice to step back and remember how far one has come and not get so wrapped up in how far we have to go. What are you working towards these days? Besides already looking insanely hot? ;)

I'd love to be able to run a couple races this year. So many runners are so nice and lean, plus I love the trails by our house. The only problem is that I need to see an active release therapist because my muscles lock up causing knee pain. Once I can get that worked out, I'd love to bring running into my routine. Otherwise, I just want to get my body fat as close to the 15% mark as possible!

I'm excited to keep hearing about your training! Are you working with a big name trainer?

I still remember you saying "It's not like I'll ever do a full Ironman or anything" when you first started doing tris... :o) You need to do one of those cheesy pics of you standing in a pair of your old jeans.

and totally off topic, look how tiny little cubbie was!

THIS was my first lesson in "never say never" because you are so right!!! Funny thing is I honestly never ever imagined myself doing any of these things. I do take my life day by day now and fly by the seat of my pants.

OMG look at my cutie pie puppy! What a doll! :)

PS - Long time no chat how are you???

I remember when I felt your shift - when you became a fitness guru. :) You've come so far and I'm totally envious of your self control and perseverance.
