I used to get lots of stuff like that. Surprisingly now that you mention it, I don't get it as often any more! I guess it's possible that they have moved on to another set of email addresses or something (poor you!).
It is a rather odd form of spam though...appealing to lonely or passionate people I guess, and it's short and simple enough that it will be read in full.
