A rant on Txt talk and another book I'm reading

Okay so I know a lot of people complain about txttalk but most of the complains are about written txttalk.  I am talking about actual talking.

Just a few minutes ago an old woman (my neighbor) asked me: "kumusta na u?" afew days ago i heard someone saying "parating na me, wait nalang u." and both of these people are over 50. I don't get it. I mean
