They are changing the way that we cover the weekends. Not that this will affect me for long but for the short term it's great. Instead of having to work the weekend every third weekend, now I only have to work every five. I don't have to work this weekend, which I found out today, I don't have to work the Valentines day weekend, and every other

The lack of planning ahead is obnoxious, but unfortunately typical. I've had so many jobs where I was hired a month after the last person left, starting with a big backlog of work and having to train myself. Grr! Well, no kidding it won't be your problem.

Are they going to hang on to your job for you to come back to one day, if you want to?

I always warned people about that too. Was always thinking of the Mouse-Rowan situation. Seriously, you never know *what* is going to happen.
