hey, no need to be mean here, one of the most awesome people i know is catholic so please dont be rude for no reason. thats really ignorant. too much hate for this livejournal, thank u. but think about the countless extremely popular bands that have absolutely zero talent and don't claim to be "christian". i agree people listen to music they can relate to sometimes but that doesnt mean that just because they label themselves "christian" is the only reason people like them. p.s. are u the same person who likes guns and roses?

dont forget sweet child O mine, knockin on heavens door, and welcome to the jungle, also you cant forget the fact that slash is one of the greatest guitarists ever to walk the face of the earth, and switchfoot is just a bunch of mildly talented pretty boys with high voices, pop tunes, and so called "inspirational" lyrics about the most wide spread concept ever known to man kind, frankly I think lyrics about real life are more inspirational, religous or not

dont get me wrong, guns and roses were a great band, they were a rock movement and slash is a great guitar player. but what do u mean by "real life"? cant real life be from a religious perspective?
