We are thinking the 9th of this month for the trip.

Its a sunday so we will leave late on saturday night, pick you up, and crash at a hotel that night.

a) the ninth of THIS month has already happened
b) the ninth of next month is definitely not a sunday. definitely a wed
c) if ur talking about the weekend before, i definitely cannot go, the weekend after looks a little more promising.
