Yus, I knewed that, but it is clearly a rip off in SOME areas (tone, some of the scenes, presence of furries). BUT the new one does it much better. The spokesman is better is his deadpan, the furries are really well integrated into the script, and the bit parts are better.

One of the guys strapping a the rocket to a dinosaur is a good friend of mine who works at Pure Storage and is also a pretty old-school fur. Originally I'd also been tapped to perform in fursuit for the video but work eat my lunch I couldn't get the time off. Kind of a bummer, really.
