I think it's funny that people only take the time to do major introspective reflection from December 31st through January... 3rd, maybe, at the latest. I like that. A lot. Very well put, and probably more in line with my thought process than just "live regretfully", or something.
As far as everything else, I think most of my resolutions were spawned by some personal crisis or another that I attempted to whittle down into a bullet point. Makes them easier to remember, and eventually easier to marginalize later in the year. The knowing people, the forgiveness, the cosmic knowledge... I mean, I don't want to get into the specific reasons I chose those, but they're all meaningful in the general, and the specific, I hope.
The creation one was a lifted resolution, admittedly. I'll post the link below. It's off of the 'Seven Rules for Life and Hiding" from the movie 'I'm Not There'. Take form that what you will, but here's the link regardless. It's a beautiful movie.

I understand that you have your reasons, you seem to have good ones and that's what's important.
I loved the link you sent,because I don't know much about the movie it's kinda enigmatic and makes me quite interested.I'll try to watch it at some point, I like stuff like this.
